my 18tH chrisTmaSssss

I am finally back! And still alive thank you very much, despite not sitting down the whole day during x'mas eve, lack of sleep on x'mas eve night and last night, a trek of 2.5km through the jungle and a leech bite. And I'm in a very, very, very happy mood! I love Christmas. I'm so glad, make that...REALLY glad that I spent Christmas with my family this year. I had a blast of a time and it's one memory I'll always keep in my heart.

And I got lovely Christmas presents too! My bro got me a pair of Beanie Babies, one's a dog
and another's an elephant...while the twins and Jesslyn got me Cookie Monster! Lol. I have a Cookie Monster of my own! And Siaw Hui made me this really lovely bead necklace for x'mas. And the best thing is...my x'mas presents are still not complete! There's more to come! Joy!!! Hehe.

So, I'm going to post up lot's of pics of my Christmas in Fraser's Hill with my family. By family
I meant, my mom, dad, Justin, Weng Yi, Auntie Fong, Fung Xin, Fung Wee, Auntie Moi, Uncle Chew and of course...my wonderful Popo.

We stayed in this lovely place and cause it's quite high up...it's extra cooling.

Okay, I admit, I reek at taking pictures at time...should have taken a full view of the place.
But really...it's beautiful! It has four bedrooms and two baths, dining place and living room. It's actually connected to another one on the other side.

This would be the picture of the place when it was getting all misty and colder...it rained so
you can imagine the temperature then! Freeze alert! Lol. But it was nice, it felt more like Christmas with that extra coldness. Hehe. We had a Christmas tree too. And just for fun, I took a pic of it during the day and another during at night with the lights and all. But for some unknown reason, I can't post the pics up. Anyway, I love Christmas trees! Plus, ours was a real life one too! And to top it all off, we had a fire place too. Lol. Hello Christmas!

Our Christmas dinner was...a whole roast turkey with stuffings ( the turkey had been sliced before I could snap a pic...sigh), salmon with salad, potato wedges, broccoli, turkey ham
, chicken sausages, and we had fruit pudding for dessert with an added dash of brandy and it became a flambe. Hehe.

And never did I realize my family are
'cam-whores'. Lol. On Christmas night, everyone was into a photo-taking frenzy. 'I want to take there', 'No, you take with me first', 'I want to take the pic alone', 'Hey get out of the picture!', etc. Lol.

This would be a silly pic of me and my big brother...lol. I was being cute and he was being smug. And that's Cookie Monster. Lol.

Me and my favorite cousin sister. Lol. Let me get one thing straight. I am not photogenic. Personally, I think I look better in real-life. Lol.

This is a favorite for everyone. Two of the craziest idiots in our family. Close since kids till now, the jokers of the family. My bro and cousin brother, Fung Xin.

My grandma. One word - Cool! I love her more than anyone else in the world. Okay, so I love her as much as I do for my parents and brother and the rest of my family. I'm such a bad liar at times.

I love the fact that we ate together as a big family...I miss that at times. Being with your family is one of the best things around. The dinner table was lively... and breakfast, lunch for that matter. Lol. I'm so stuffed with all the really good food there. I woke up this morning to a breakfast of nasi lemak. And it's so good to have nasi lemak when it's out cold.

Life is so good with your family. They mean the world to me. Nothing and no one can replace them...they are the best gift anyone could ever have!

On the way to Fraser's Hill, I had the chance to take a few pics of the scenery and among all, this is my favorite. It was taken at about...8-ish in the morning I think. My most favorite scenery pic for now. See, it's not so bad...I captured it pretty well. So I don't reek that badly at photography. Lol.

Christmas. I love Christmas! Hehe...
