So, as my 'list' stated, I was supposed to update my music list and stop listening to so much Korean music...which was why I spent yesterday night looking for new songs and going through my music library. I found a song that I haven't listen to for quite a while now, and when I do, it always reminds me of the people who came into my life and made a difference for me and my life. The lyrics pretty much describe my feelings...
I'm gonna start a thank-you speech here. Lol.
Leslie- I owe you alot. You were always by my side...never failing to make me smile and cheer me up whenever I'm down. Even when the things I did were stupid, you still stood by me and didn't turn your back on me. You confided in me in things you'd never tell others, and for that, I'm thankful for your trust in me. You also taught me things about guys that I'd have never learnt in the first place...Lol. I love the fact that you can just tell when I'm lying and when I'm being a total goofball on purpose,etc. I like the fact that you can read me, though it's not the best thing all the time...hehe, still, it's nice knowing that there's someone who knows me better than I do, and is able to guide me before I go ahead with something stupid!
M- For the first time in my life, at only the age of 13...I discovered what love is, that is besides the whole family-friends-love. The other kind of love, the one they say is special.Lol. The smiles and the tears. Your presence in my life was simple, like an angel, guiding and leading me whenever I needed something to believe in.
Edit: The M mentioned here is not to be mistaken with M the music artiste, specifically the one and only Minwoo of Shinhwa. Hehe.
Siddhi- It was you who brought me back to reality. I was always in such a dream world and totally ignorant at times. I could be a jerk at times and never know, but you made me realize all that. You stood by my side and defended me like how Leslie did, and though both of you are very different..hehe...you both share the really special place. I appreciate the fact that you always put up with all my insanity(crushes, music,laziness,exaggerations,stupid ideas) even though it wasn't your 'style'. You did things with me, just because. You treated me like I was your little sister, and though the thought isn't the most appealing thing for me (lol), I still think that's great. As you know, I only have a big brother, so to have a sister like you, that's awesome.
C- Although we were never close to each other, heck, only a few conversations and messages once in a while, you changed my life in a way I don't think you'd know. You helped me to stand up again when I fell and your words gave me the encouragement I needed. I don't think I'd have made it without you, I probably would have broken down badly. Lol. You gave me a reason to smile again and helped me recover a lost friendship. I'd never be able to tell you this to your face, and I don't think I'd either...hehe.
Melissa- Hehe. I dunno what is it about you that makes me love you so much. The fact that you can be so blur at times? Hehe. Kidding. Actually, it's just the way you never questioned me and respected/understood my actions, choices and decisions. And the way you love me as much as I do. Lol. It's nice to know that I'm being loved and cared about so much, by someone who's not related to me by blood. Even now that we're in different majors, you never fail to show me that you care and you worry whenever I'm down, etc. Thank you!
Mags- Thank you. There's just something bout our friendship that's really...I dunno. Lol. Yeah yeah, very limited vocab human. Hehe. I appreciate the fact that you took the time to really talk to me when I wanted to give up on everything. I was pretty close to the edge at that time but you drew me back, so thanks for that. And your words of advice like how I should see things in the other view, that really helped. Hehe. You were there when I thought no one really cares, and for that, I think you probably saved a 17+ year old's life. Hehe.
S- The reason for me to smile all the time. The words of encouragement and smiles of joy, the sincerity of the heart...thanks.
So yeah, these people changed my life alot. Though of course there were many others who are special and all...but I guess, these are the ones who made the biggest imprint in my heart and impact in my life.
