beautiful...

In life, there are so many beautiful things that takes form in so many ways, be it big or small, few or lot, significant or not, you can't help but notice and marvel in the beauty of it.

In my case right now, it would be this lovely song that I've just heard. Never mind it was less than 45 seconds and was just a sneak preview, but it stood out well enough to make a lasting impression on me.

Out of all 12 songs, they were all good. And gave me a good indication that this is one CD absolutely worth buying and should not be missed. True to their words, they take on a different style to this album and their vocals have improved tremendously, especially a certain someone. But that one song that stood out, the one that I had initially fell in love with from the making-of sketch, as it played again into my ears...the feeling that it gave me was indescribable. It made me smile. Not any simple smile, but a smile that I felt radiated what I was feeling inside. Feelings of...joy, love, hope, I don't know...the song just brought me those feelings, some sort that.

I'm not trying to be musically-wise here, but I think it happens for some. A certain song which evokes these certain feelings for you, you listen to the song once, and it somehow seeps into the depths of your heart, and you know that this is one song that you're always going to remember for the rest of your life. It may not be a song to remind you of someone or something that happened, but just a song to stir certain feelings in you. It makes you feel in bliss, or happy, or thoughtful, or something along there. I can't explain it but I do know I love the feeling. One of the many wonders of music I guess.

I felt this way once when it came to 'Angel' and it's same for this song. If I were to have a soundtrack of my life (which I think I will compile one soon), this song and 'Angel' would definitely be the two tracks in it.

A little side-track here, but damn, his voice has gotten so much more better as he hits the high notes with ease. He sounds like...an angel. It's comforting, easy on the ears, relaxing, or simply put, beautiful.
