it's finally hereeee

Well well...it's finally May.

May...which represents a whole million and one things...well, okay maybe not million and one, but close enough.

Finally, finally, there's news about Shinhwa's 8th jib (translation - album). It's going to be called 'State of the Art'. I know, a little smile appeared on my lips before I felt a giggle bubbled up from inside...it's funny alright. I did not expect their album, especially their 8th album to be called that.According to a news article- "State of the Art' signifies 'Ultra Class' and it's significant because it embears the dedication and passion Shinhwa put into this album by taking part in all aspects including producing and their album style." -excuse the translation, sometimes translations from Korean to English tend to be a lil on the weird side. Anyway, that is the very explanation for the name...and it still amuses me so when I think about it. The other very good news is that the album's release has officially been announced- May 11th, Thursday. Just two days before the beginning of their Asia Tour, starting from Seoul.

Just thinking about the release has got me grinning happily and a feeling like...like there's a little furry bear dancing around, doing cartwheels while making smiley faces, or something like that anyway. Or like a nice furry lovable Elmo just smiling away. I have no idea what am I rambling about...but all I know, is that I'm feeling really happy. I can't wait for the 8th jib to be released...and all the promotional stuff that is going to be on. And I feel incredibly embarrassed right now, cause as I'm listening to their Winter Story 04-05 live concert cd in Japan, I'm grinning and feeling all....aargh...happy. I'm actually blushing just thinking about it. Yes, count stupidity and pathetic to be in my blood. This is embarrassing! To think that I will look back on this next year or something and have a 'what-the-hell' look on my face, is making me doubt if I should even write all this. But this is the story of my life, however embarrassing and pathetic it may be, no lies but all truth...at least I think so.

The guys will be in Germany during the World Cup to support their beloved national team and will be adjusting their schedule around the team's matches too. The longer the team lasts in the game, the longer they will be there, which is pretty admirable to me, considering they are so supportive of their national team and are willing to rearrange their schedules just for the game. Wish I could be in Germany too...not just because they are there...well, partly, but also because it's the World Cup, who in the right mind would NOT want to be there?? I'll be rooting for France, Spain and S.Korea this time around.

May also means....it's my final finals. Well for my diploma anyway. Sigh. It also means I will be completing my diploma and it's goodbye to my college friends...at least for now. It's kind of sad to think about it. I really enjoyed myself during these 2 1/2 years and to have it all end...sigh.

May also means the UEFA Champions League is here. The finals. And boy am I worried and freaked out with it. Arsenal will be facing Barcelona, one of the best teams around Europe...and well, let's just say with a match between Barcelona and Arsenal, you can expect a heart-thumping, insanely fast-paced 90 minutes match. It's one match I can't missed, but it's also one match that I dread. I can't explain how upset I will be if we lose. I will be even more upset than I did when Arsenal lost to Man Utd during the EPL 04-05 season, which tore apart their unbeaten streak and not to forget, there's that 4-2 result. I was so upset that I hid my ears when the radio announced it over & over again, and my eyes, when the newspaper splashed it all out on the sports main page. But what the hell am I thinking? They haven't even played! We've still got another two matches in the EPL...to which we've won today's one with a 3-0 with goals courtesy of Cesc and Henry. The third was...an accidental goal by the opposition.

I think I will end my blabbing here. I am supposed to be asleep, not blogging. My mom is going to kill me if she finds out I'm still awake when there isn't even football to watch right now. Yeah, she doesn't kill when she knows I'm staying up for a football match. Lol.

Since it's May, I also thought of changing my layout to which I will do it later today. Something different. Non-Shinhwa. Seriously. It's going to be...all One Tree Hill. The season finale is this Wednesday and after watching the trailer, I'm half anticipating it and half dreading it. Sigh.
