"No point in talking of what should have been...And regretting the things that went on, Life's full of mistakes, destinies and fates...Remove the clouds, and look at the bigger picture..."
Yeap. Life does look good right now. Lol. So far, I'd say my life's pretty cool. I had a pretty, okay more than that, a really fun day actually. Went for my first play in three years. Yeah, the last time I went was in Form 3, for Butterflies are Free...directed by my wonderful cousin brother (hehe...bragging). So, today me and friends went to catch Romi and Joo Lee dan Lain-Lain. Nice...entertaining...fun...but it wasn't up to what I was expecting though. Still it's pretty cool I'd say. Should have went for the first show instead of the last. Oh well. Hehe...Rashid Salleh is still the brilliant actor as I had remembered. I first saw him ( in the theatre scene) in Charley's Auntie, and that was my first play...I totally enjoyed it and it was what got me started into the whole theatre thing. Gavin was great, not to forget, good-looking. Lol. Nell was awesome...and the rest of the cast were great. Loved Llewllyn's characters. But I still think I should've watched the first or second show. Hmm...
Anyway, we then went to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It was...great! I totally love it. Whimsical, funny, sweet...a wonderful treat indeed. Johnny Depp was great as Willy Wonka. I just love, so much...the way he portrayed his role. This guy is really amazing. Yes, I am finally admitting it...he's a good actor. Freddie Highmore was simply wonderful as Charlie. Hehe...fell in love with his character at first sight. I have a feeling he's gonna be a pretty good actor...one to look out for. Seriously. I officially declare Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as my 2005 favorite movie. I know I said Constantine was 'the' movie, well...as much as I hate to admit it, I was wrong. This one wins, hands down. Sure, Constantine was cool and all, but...Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? You'd be weird and crazy if you don't like it. Lol.
Then...my order has been approved and done! Hehe. What the hell am I mumbling about? My order at YesAsia. It's through! And it has just...been shipped! Lol. So darn happy right now. So all I have to do now, is just wait for it...in less than two weeks (I hope) and then get ready to squeal and scream...Hehe.
Here I'd like to say....dad, thanks. Alot. A million. I owe you so much, that I cannot simply repay you with anything. My dad waited for me for 3 whole hours at my grandma's place just because he had to fetch me home. I had told him I would probably be back at 7-ish so he left before that to pick me up. But then suddenly I had wanted to watch movie with my friends, so I told him that I wouldn't be back then. Needless to say, my dad was...to put it mildly, not a happy man. He shouted and screamed...and both our blood pressure went boiling. I was pretty furious myself when he started...well...blasting me. But despite all that, he called back again and told me, fine...he'll be at my grandma's till 10 to fetch me. And I am so thankful for him doing so. I am so grateful for it. I was pretty nervous when I got to the car, but he seem to have calmed down and talked to me...like normal. *Breathes in relief* I quietly thanked him for waiting for me. Man...I can be such a jerk at times. I love you dad. Thank you. I appreciate everything you've done for me. However, due to my rebel side and all, I can be a jerk at times...but no matter what, I love you dad.
So yeah, life is pretty cool. Will be going holidays with my pals...darn excited about it. And there's Stomp! to look forward too. There's my CDs to look forward to. Yeah...life is definitely looking great.
