Life's looking good! Very indeed. Lol. I'm just happy, very and I don't know why but it's not like I need a reason to be happy.
I was supposed to blog earlier to explain of my layout change, but I didn't cause I was too tired and too 'dead'-like. Anyway, like the banner says...2006 comeback, which would only mean, 2006 is the year to look out for. Why so? Cause Shinhwa's coming back with an awesome album with awesome performances and stuff. Lol. Their 8th album was scheduled for March, but it has been pushed back to April-May due to Eric's injury so he could recover and rest more. Either way, when they make their comeback, you can be sure the Korean music scene is gonna be hyped. As I've said a million times already, their comeback is one of the most anticipated ones for 2006 and now that FTTS, Lee Soo Young, Hyori have all released their new album...I don't think the comeback spotlight will be shared with anyone else. And the reason for the color orange is cause it's Shinhwa ChangJo's official color. I chose to change it on 1st March cause March is a special month as it's the month the guys debuted in the music scene. Hehe.
I know that this is the...fourth(?) layout featuring them. Lol. And I have a feeling for the rest of this year my layouts would all be featuring them. Hehe.
I went shopping with my mom today and we bought the stuff to make sushi. Like the rice, the bamboo mat, the sauce, the vinegar, the fillings, the seaweed. Actually, we got the ready-set which had the wasabi, sauce, vinegar, seaweed and bamboo mat together. Affordable too. RM33.90? Yeah, somewhere there.
I'm going to make sushi! Lol. Okay, I am going to learn first, before I actually get to it. But I'm pretty good with food and my first attempts are always edible. Lol. For all my first times(pancake, scrambled eggs, konnyaku jelly, japanese noodle, steam cabbages with 'fu-chok', korean ramen, fried eggs, ham) they all went pretty well for my first attempt. Really. Well, the only time I actually reeked at my first attempt of making/cooking something was instant noodles, specifically Maggi chicken flavored. But that was because I didn't cooked it to my taste. See, I don't like it when the noodles are all springy and still sticking together, I like it all separated and slighty soft. I know, it sounds like I'm picky/fussy, but it's just MY preference. Hehe.
I like cooking actually. I find it fun. Sure it's kinda tough that you have to prepare everything, spend a long time in kitchen, sweat, clean up the mess...but when the food's done...satisfaction. Hehe. But my mom didn't and still doesn't allow me to cook. Unless she's there to keep an eye. No, not spoilt but more like she doesn't trust me to clean up after that. And she doesn't think I'm capable of multi-tasking as I cook, like while frying the fish to go grab the spring onions from the cutting board and then pour the sauce in, etc. But you can say that I'm spoilt when it comes to my maternal grandma. I'm not allowed to cook when I'm at her place just because. Lol. I can't help if she thinks her granddaughter is precious. Hehe. I love my grandma.
Once I manage to get a hold of making sushi, I'll make some and share with my friends. I like doing that actually. Back in high school, whatever food I make, I would share. Or even if it's not something that I made/cook...like say delicious huge chocolate chip cookies from the UK. I brought three of it to give one to each of the 3 people that I considered important to me. Hehe. Or the time when I had the Hershey's chocolates which weren't available in Malaysia, I brought some (without my mom knowing..hehe) for my best friend. I love sharing any good food stuff. That's me. Except today Magdalene had pointed out that I did not share anything with my college friends before. I know I did...once, somewhere...lol. I'll think hard and figure out when. I just know I did. I did! But I don't remember when. Hehe. Oh well, once sushi is done and ready, I'll bring that and share it around.
And that's it. I should have titled my post Food instead. Hehe.
