I had a very, very nice day today. Very nice. Okay, so I'm a little high right now, hence my 'nice, very nice' sentences. But seriously, today was a nice day.
Went to KLCC with my mom, tasted the most delicious sushi...bought a nice big cookie for myself (and big cookies for others), found the two silver rings I've been anxiously looking for, watched Spain won the recent match against Ukraine with 4-0, and gotten a new Odagiri manga to read courtesy of Mags! Thank you!
And right now, there's the lovely and absolutely gorgeous poster of 6 guys right in front of computer to which whenever I look up from the monitor screen, my gaze falls on 6 hot guys clad in black suits. Lol. Before anyone can certify me as an authentic over-hyped nutcase, let me explain that the poster was not my idea at all. My mom discovered the poster within the bubble-pack envelope and withdrew it out to my protest. I wasn't keen on putting it up cause I felt a little too...mature for poster-tacking on my bedroom walls. And also cause it was folded so there were the creases in...3 ways. One horizontal, two vertical, which one out of the two happens to make a horrible crease at Minwoo's face (ugh).
However, mom says it's too good to be put to waste and since I already have it, why not just put it up. I relented and stuck it up but not before asking her who she thought was the cutest. I was miffed, to put it mildly, with her given answer. At first glance she passed them off saying none were good looking. None. NONE. I persuaded (okay, maybe whined) her to look again. After another brief glance she decided they were all okay looking except for Andy and Hyesung which she commented the former as stern-looking and the later...well, girlish looking. When I told her that the 'girlish-looking' guy was her daughter's favorite, once more she commented he was like a girl. Hello, tactful talker. Well, okay, I'll admit that the more I look at the picture of him, he does look...feminine. But that's not a bad thing! At least I think so.
I remembered that I had once joked with my mom about these guys. I was messing around PS with a few pictures of Minwoo when she had came in my room to look for something. She took a glance at his pictures at my request and said he looked okay. I then proceeded to correct her and told her that he was not just okay, but he was hot. She laughed and told me that if I really thought so, then I should get married to the guy. I told her I would and she had better be ready to have this gorgeous, talented guy as her son-in-law. Lol. I love joking with my mom about stuff like this cause it's just different from the other serious stuff about college, life, family, etc. At least this gives us both a good laugh. But all this joking around really proves that my taste in guys is miles apart from my mom's. Lol.
Yeah, I had a nice day indeed. Tomorrow should be good too, since I will be meeting Melissa again and will be able to hang out with her for a while. Then I will most likely be registering for my degree. There's no World Cup match that interests me tomorrow, so I would be able to get a nice peaceful rest cause I'm really lacking on sleep this week. I.need.sleep.
Edit: I forgot to add...Spanish guys, okay the ones on the Spain football team especially, are really good looking. There was once when I was watching the sports news, they had a shot of the team in suits and my jaw dropped. They had all looked great! Casillas, Villa, Garcia, Torres...these are the guys to look out for on the field. And of course, Fabregas. I used to think that the England players were the good-looking 'jocks', but as I watch more of football, I realize there's more pretty faces and to top it off, they are not just good looking, but they have the talent and skills in football as well. Not that I watch football merely to gaze at their looks. Lol. It's not like you can really see their face much at times.
