trekking all the way

Went to Petaling Street with today with one of my crazy Shinhwa-fied friends. Boy, did I learn alot. we went semi-precious stone hunting, and her, being the 'expert', taught me how to see which was real and not, how to check for cracks, etc. etc. I never knew that Petaling Street had such stuff, and the stones were all really beautiful too! Later we went to a nearly deserted ex-complex and browsed for Japanese/Korean stuff. I found CDs and VCDs and DVDs all for a good bargain, cheaper than Tower Records and Speedy would be selling, or anywhere else for that matter. Found a couple of Japanese dramas I was looking for, but didn't buy any cause I am currently, broke. Ugh.

From there, we decided to walk to KLCC. Yes, what the hell were we thinking then...I have no idea. It took us a nearly one hour walk, from Petaling Street to KLCC. There was the crazy traffic, honking cars, crazy traffic lights, hot air, smoke, too-bright sunshine...and yet there we were, two teenage girls walking all the way with no sense of directions. We decided to just follow in the direction where we could see KLCC, and honestly, that worked. It was pretty easy, actually, KL city is rather easy to walk around. Just concentrate on the landmark in mind and walk towards that way. Lol.

By the time we reached, the both of us were half dead. Plus, we didn't exactly sit down rightaway as we went over to check for a few stuffs at some shops before heading to A&W two hours later. When we sat, it was a bloody huge relief to our legs. My legs felt numb and I thought I had lost all feeling and conciousness of my legs.

Though it was still a nice trip to make. Worth it too. A crazy but nice experience to remember.
