I am lazy. Very lazy. Or maybe I just like to procrastinate. I can't even bother to cap my own screencaps to make icons, instead go looking for others who've already done the wonderful job of capping. Lol. I can't even load PS to do whatever it is I want to do. Mainly icons and wallpaper but somehow I just can't bring myself to do so.
Signal PV is finally out, by my current favorite 6 guys. No idea why, but when I saw it I just started grinning and couldn't help feeling happy inside. Really weird. Maybe it's cause the song's pretty pop-dancey feel and they were all smiling in the PV. They look so good. Extremely, positively, absolutely, undeniably good.
Yesterday was a fairly weird day for me, whereby I did something I would never imagine myself doing, not even if it concerns my favorite band, etc. As all Kpop fans would know by now, Super Junior (SuJu) and TVXQ(or DBSG,DBSK,Dong Bang Shin Gi/Ki) are in Malaysia, and will be having a concert at Stadium Putra tonight. Somehow, however it is that the fans found out, the information was that SuJu was staying at Prince Hotel (something like that, I couldn't bother to find out what or where's that) while TVXQ was at Regent. So heaps and loads of fangirls started skulking and stalking Starhill area. The day before on Wednesday, they were spotted at Petaling Street, Bintang Walk, Lot 10...and hell knows where else. Cause SuJu's a 13 member group (pure insanity at my first thought. It looks so crowded when it comes to being in MVs and all) so they were break up to few, making it possible for the fans to spot them at different places. The lucky fans that is.
My friend, a huge Shinhwa lover but also a traitor (kidding) to them, found out about the whole SuJu-TVXQ sighting and was determined to hunt, okay more like spot, them as well. So that was where I came in, being half-dragged into the the whole thing. Surprisingly I agreed and went along though I wasn't too excited about the idea. Met up with her and a few others for lunch, whereby she informed me that they had spent an hour or more looking around Starhill for the guys. Ate at an expensive Korean restaurant for lunch, the food was pretty good though, so no complaints there. After that, that was where it began. Went into Regent hotel, saw crowds of girls awaiting for TVXQ's appearance cause they were supposedly having a press conference at 2pm. I've never really seen anything like it or experience anything like it. It wasn't crazy or anything, but it still felt weird knowing that I'm around a bunch of people who are awaiting the arrival of a boyband. Seen it on tv and all, but never really experienced it.
While I was making my way down Bintang Walk earlier, I was wondering why were there so many groups of teenage girls around, which is not something you could see everyday. I know, cause I used to be at Bintang Walk rather frequently when I was at my internship. They were walking at a fast pace, seeming really excited over something and were talking really animatedly with hands flailing everywhere. I thought they were tourists and all, until I caught a word out of their conversation, 'TVXQ'. That was when I realized who they were. Everywhere I turned, there they were, talking excitedly, looking around, craning their necks, staring, etc. It was amusing actually.
After a failed attempt to spot TVXQ at Regent, my friends resignedly went over to Low Yat instead, cause one of them wanted to get a new laptop while thinking perhaps they could spot SuJu there. Unfortunately no SuJu, but my friend did get the laptop she had really wanted. I went home early, feeling tired from being at KLCC and Starhill at the same day while having barely 3 hours of sleep. Later that night after crashing early, my cell flashed its purple light signalling a new message. Got up with eyes half closed, checked it and nearly laughed out loud. Turns out my friend finally got to see SuJu and was eating at the same Korean restaurant with the guys! They had spent countless of hours and going all over, before finally getting to see the guys. As much as I'd like to think they were insane, I'm happy for them cause I knew they really wanted to see SuJu. A nice dream come true for them I guess.
I'm glad I didn't partake in their chase for SuJu and all, cause from what I found out, they went to KLCC after being at Starhill, then Bukit Jalil, before heading to Regent again. I would have died at having to go left and right, up and down. Especially since I had just completed my shopping of magazines and college stuff at KLCC earlier and the aforementioned of a barely 3 hour sleep. However, it was an interesting experience. It would have been nice to see those guys, but I didn't felt it was a huge miss however. It's not like they were Shinhwa or KAT-TUN. Lol. With the experience yesterday, I decided that I'd most likely be heading to Singapore this September to attend Shinhwa's concert. Not to stalk them however. If it's going to be anything like my friends' experience yesterday, no freaking way.
